Rosa Book Cover

Based on the "Rosa" La Loteria card, this book cover plays with the old saying, "Seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses". At first glance, the shapes and colors are bright and cheery. Looking closer, the illustrations are of gruesome subject matter.

This was a school project and the illustration style was emulated from Brooklyn artist, Adehla Lee.
